Crazy Dreams Entertainment has produced Changing Hearts (Lauren Holly, Faye Dunaway), Hunt for Justice (William Hurt) and Towards Darkness (America Ferrera). They have submission details on their website but are not currently looking for feature length scripts.

Despite the website not looking all that crash hot, Marty Katz Productions has an excellent track record, having produced Reindeer Games (Charlize Theron), Four Feathers and Man of the House. All At Once is an Australian production company responsible for films such as Feed and Puppy. Melissa Beauford used to be Acquisitions and Licencing Executive for Arclight Films. You can submit here.

The Danger Film Company is run by two experienced producers. Check out their Submissions page.

Elysian Pictures
... not sure of their clout when compared to some of the other production companies and agents listed here, but may as well give it a shot. Their Submissions page is here.

Escape Artist Productions. No released films by the looks of it, but according to their website they have one film in pre-production - Annie's Secret. Submissions.

Again, Blu Nile Films probably isn't quite the same calibre of some production companies here but they are open to submissions.

2929 Entertainment have some notable productions including Goodnight and Good Luck (George Clooney). They are open to new ideas.

Clarity Pictures is an independent production company whose films have appeared on HBO, Showtime & Lifetime. They have a contact details page which includes the genres they are interested in.

Madhouse Entertainment is a production and literary management company, who produced First Snow (Guy Pearce, Piper Perabo) There is a query page on their website.

Alpine Pictures have produced works including Love is the Drug (by the writer Arachnaphobia and Cape Fear and starring Daryl Hannah), Dark Honeymoon and The Convent (Coolio). Seems to do a lot of a) family and b) horror stuff. Check out their Script Submission page.

I started this blog to list production companies and agents open to accepting script queries and screenplay submissions, with an emphasis on those who already have a proven track record and are open to online queries (coming from Australia, postage costs add up!) Everything here is free. Great resources for screenwriters include the Done Deal Pro message board, Zoetrope and Triggerstreet.

Neo Art & Logic has worked on many films including American Yakuza (Viggo Mortensen, Russell Crowe), Children of the Corn 7: Revelation, Dracula 2000 (Gerard Butler, Omar Epps), The Prophecy (Christian Walker, Virginia Madsen), Seed of Chucky, many of the Hellraiser movies, Feast (from the original US version of Project Greenlight), He Was a Quiet Man (Christian Slater) and Pulse (Kristen Bell) They are open to online story ideas/pitches on their Submissions page.

Lee Daniels Entertainment produced Monster's Ball (Halle Berry, Billy Bob Thornton, Heath Ledger), The Woodsman (Kevin Bacon, Kyra Sedgwick) and Shadowboxer (Helen Mirren, Cuba Gooding, Jnr). They are open to online pitches here.

Circle of Confusion
is a production and management company with a huge reputation. They have been involved with the production of Underworld 3, Quarantine, Jumper, Letters From Iwo Jima, Mr & Mrs Smith, Fantastic Four, Magic Kingdom For Sale, Spirit: Stallion of the Cimmaron, V for Vendetta, The Matrix... 'nuff said? They like genre stuff. They accept queries here.

Benderspink is a management and production company responsible for the American Pie series, The Ring, The Butterfly Effect, Red Eye and A History of Violence. They are open to screenplay queries on their website.

South Pacific Pictures is a New Zealand based production company. They made the critically-acclaimed Whale Rider and Sione's Wedding. They produce a lot of stuff for NZ television including Shortland Street and Outrageous Fortune. Submissions are in hard copy, but they have a detailed Pitching Ideas page.
